The location was magnificent and amazing - next to the Fountain Restaurant as well as a second tower, which was in a separate building across a breezeway. I liked the room with all the amenities, the bed was extremely comfy.

The location was marvellous, just a short stroll away from an indoor arena. Distance to the airport was just 6 miles. I had outstanding food for breakfast for 26 both options.

Delicious and perfect breakfast for all tastes with hash browns and also the spread was passable. Stunning, magnificent location in San Jose, just off a restaurant down the street as well as all the local downtown cafés and shops. For tea or coffee visit Bijan Bakery and Cafe nearby.

Greatly enjoyed my really great stay on a business trip last week. Booked a room with excellent views of downtown. The breakfast was varied and delicious, with a wide array of food. The location was favourable, not far from live music in the park in the evenings and the downtown area and the center. I was surprised at nearby Bijan Bakery and Cafe, they had some goodies, drinks.

The hotel had a very central location and it was quite close to a modern and contemporary art museum. I thoroughly enjoyed that the venue was 7 minutes drive from the airport.

The hotel's cleanliness is exceptional. The pool area is impressive and spacious. The on-site grill restaurant provides superb dining options. The staff, especially Muhammed Alli, goes above and beyond to ensure a fantastic experience. We felt special and will definitely return with our family.

The staff was very friendly as well as accomidating they were ready when they said they would and check in was fast and easy I lost my credit card and they accomidated me with great pleasure and considerate about my misfortune with my lost credit card I will return for a stay again excellent customer service

I have stayed at the Fairmont six times. It is conveniently located near Santa Clara University -primary purpose of stays is to visit my son at SCU. The staff, particualrly the front door men and the bellmen are very cordial and helpful. Good value for the money
We have stayed primarily in the original tower and some of the rooms are showing signs of age and wear.
